What is your style of wedding photography|Cinematography?
At Unique-Colours, our style of wedding Photography|Cinematography emphasizes capturing the emotions and beauty of your wedding day using unusual cameras techniques combined with a unique vision. Our goal is to ensure that couples are able to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about their wedding photos / videos.
What kind of camera do you use and do you have any backup cameras?
Yes, all weddings are important, so we will definitely bring along at least 2 Canon Digital SLR camera
How can I help to achieve nice journalistic style photos + video like what I saw in your website?
All you have to do on the day itself, is to enjoy the day with your family and friends. we like to leave it to the couple to be natural, without much posing or directing while we will get that perfect angle and capture it. At the same time, we will love to capture other angles of your big day like what happens behind the scene e,g, what did your friend do for you, basically a 360 view of videography
Do you edit the photos after the wedding day?
To ensure that clients receive beautiful prints after the wedding, we adjust our images for brightness, sharpness, color and saturations. However, we do not make any adjustments or touch ups to the human body or our subjects.
How does Unique-Colour Live Photography work?
One or more of our photographers are equipped with professional digital SLRs with a wireless transmitter. Within minutes, we will print out credit card sized photocards for each person in the photo and our staff will distribute the photos personally to the guests or they can collect themselves at our desk.
Unique-Colours Live Photography how do my guests get their photocards?
For events up to 300 pax, we are able to distribute the photocards to the guests personally. Beyond this number, we would have to advise guests to collect the photos themselves from a counter.
Can each of my guests get a copy of the photocard?
Yes, we will print a copy of the photocard for each person in the photo.
My friend has a handycam, can’t i just ask her / him to film for me?
Sure you may, but do keep in mind that a handycam has poor resolution and your friend may not have the skill sets to film and you will end up having shaky blur videos.
Who picks the music?
You do. As we are already licenced by RIPS. All our couples will not face any legal issues pertaining to their wedding video works produced by us. They can get married with a peace of mind.
But more often couples give me the free hand in deciding. Of course I choose the music based on your personalities.
Why does it take so long to edit the photo|video?
We try to make each video distinct from the rest, nothing generic. This philosophy leads us to long excruciating hours, days and weeks of editing the video.
